The city of Norwich has a disabled parking space shortage, a new report has revealed. The Norfolk County Council reports also states that some designated spaces are too narrow for wheelchair users.

The working group that produced the report have called on the council to urgently work to increase the number of disabled car park spaces in the city.

They also discovered that the public transport system is patchy. For example, whilst park and ride buses are fully accessible, the same is not true for other bus services.
